Although all 10 are very important, I think that number 1 and number 2 are the most important on your list. Writing new content is key in keeping your website interesting. I see many businesses with websites that are visited only once or twice by users because nothing ever changes. Make your users eager to come back because they are interested in your latest blog post, news post, or whatever the case may be.
